Even when we don't see, We must believe

We have to make a decision. Just because we don't see it doesn't mean it's not happening.
As a kid, I saw everything that I worked hard at happen. I played basketball, volleyball, I ran track, I played the flute and I was an artist. Anything that I wanted to do, I did it. We often get so caught up with doing things our way, and when we see success, we feel that we are going the right way.
One day, everything that I was doing began to fail. Like each of you, I consulted the Lord, and somehow, things just got worse. I have become so doubtful about where my life is going that every step I take, I consult God. Often, there are little ticks that tell me not to do something or to do something, and I no longer question it, I just do it, I am in a place where nothing is worth my peace.
This part of my journey he has helped me to remove all of my secret ideals, ok he didn't help me, he let me keep hitting brick walls until I removed them.
It was in those moments when I felt helpless and reached for God, that I gained my footing.
When we see things not going the way we hoped and everything failing, the word says apart from the Lord we can do nothing.
John 15:5 I am the vine you are the branches, he that abided in me, and I in him, will bring forth much fruit, for without me, you can do nothing.
The key to your stand and dealing with failures and non-movement is staying connected to the Lord.
We must remain in the Lord, and we can have confidence that soon, a tree will burst from the seed that we planted, watered and maintained, and we will soon see fruit, and it will remain.....for generations.
I want to encourage you, stay connected to the Lord, he is working behind the scenes. God just gave me a vision of a boy in a field, with tall wheat plants and he can't see anything, but as he takes a step, the path opens up, so he keeps stepping forward. God is leading you. Even though you don't see a clearing trust in him, his plans will turn everything that was meant for your harm around for your good. Restoration is coming!
Shalom
